Instead of traditional manufacturing, instead manufacturing by manual, use PLC control system, easy to operate, save labors and space. Needle Punch material forming, combined with Meltblown, shape cutting, nose sponge attaching to finish the mask bodies. Then there is another loop machine for printing, nose wire attaching, loop stapling or ultrasonic sealing on, valve hole cutting and then go to the conveyor for stacking. Only two machine to have a full cup mask. Total different then traditional production. For other process of cup mask, here are the machinery that we could design for you: Spun bond combine with carbon layers; elastic band hot cutting machine; stapler apply for PU head band; elastic band attaching machine by ultrasonic; aluminum nose clip making line with gluing applicator; nose clip attaching device, plastic welding device for full factory production line.
